วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้สารสนเทศด้านสุขภาพสำหรับการดูแลตนเองของผู้สูงอายุ กรณีศึกษาเทศบาลเคียนซา จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี
วิธีการศึกษา: วิธีวิจัยผสมผสานรูปแบบขั้นตอนเชิงอธิบาย (Exploratory sequential mixed methods design) การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ด้วยการคัดเลือกด้วยวิธีเจาะจง จำนวน 60 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา คือ ค่าแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่ม ทั้งรูปแบบกลุ่มใหญ่และกลุ่มย่อย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแนวทางการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และแนวคำถามสำหรับการสนทนากลุ่ม โดยคัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักด้วยการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) จำนวน 20 คน ข้อมูลที่ได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องโดยวิธีการตรวจสอบแบบสามเส้า และนำมาวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา เพื่อสังเคราะห์ประเด็นสำคัญอย่างเป็นระบบ
ข้อค้นพบ: การส่งเสริมความรอบรู้สารสนเทศด้านสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบหลัก 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ การเข้าถึงข้อมูล ความรู้ความเข้าใจ ทักษะการสื่อสาร การจัดการตนเอง การรู้เท่าทันสื่อ และทักษะการตัดสินใจ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรดำเนินกิจกรรมแบบบูรณาการและต่อเนื่อง ปรับให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทของชุมชน เพื่อพัฒนาความรู้และทักษะของผู้สูงอายุในการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองอย่างครอบคลุมและมีประสิทธิภาพการประยุกต์ใช้จากการศึกษานี้: สามารถนำรูปแบบการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้สารสนเทศด้านสุขภาพสำหรับการดูแลตนเองของผู้สูงอายุ กรณีศึกษาเทศบาลเคียนซา จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี เป็นต้นแบบระดับท้องถิ่นเพื่อให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องสามารถออกแบบกิจกรรม การสื่อสาร และการดูแลสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพิ่มศักยภาพการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองและคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุได้อย่างยั่งยืน
