การพัฒนาคลังเก็บเว็บถาวร “วัคซีนโควิด-19 ไทย”

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาการจัดเก็บเว็บถาวรด้านการแพทย์ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการพัฒนาวัคซีนโควิดโดยนักวิจัยไทย และเพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาคลังเก็บเว็บถาวร “วัคซีนโควิด-19 ไทย”
วิธีการศึกษา: การศึกษานี้มีขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องการจัดเก็บเว็บถาวร คลังเก็บเว็บถาวรการแพทย์ และการพัฒนาวัคซีนโควิดในไทย 2) กำหนดขอบเขตเนื้อหาและพัฒนาเกณฑ์การประเมินและการคัดเลือกเนื้อหาเว็บเพื่อจัดเก็บเป็นจดหมายเหตุเว็บ 3) ศึกษาและเลือกใช้เครื่องมือสำหรับพัฒนาคลังเก็บเว็บถาวร “วัคซีนโควิด-19 ไทย” และ 4) วิเคราะห์จดหมายเหตุเว็บที่ได้รวบรวมไว้ในคลังเก็บเว็บถาวร “วัคซีนโควิด-19 ไทย”
ข้อค้นพบ: คลังเก็บเว็บถาวร “วัคซีนโควิด-19 ไทย” ใช้โปรแกรม Conifer รุ่นทดลอง เพื่อใช้จัดเก็บเนื้อหาเว็บเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาวัคซีนโควิด-19 ของไทย เมื่อวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจดหมายเหตุเว็บในคลัง พบว่า 1) มีการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสารที่เผยแพร่ทางเว็บในปี พ.ศ. 2564 มากกว่าปี พ.ศ. 2563; 2) แหล่งข้อมูลที่นำเสนอข้อมูลการพัฒนาวัคซีนโควิด-19 ไทย จำนวนมากที่สุดทั้งในปี พ.ศ. 2563 และปี พ.ศ. 2564 คือ เว็บไซต์สำนักข่าว เว็บไซต์องค์กรพัฒนาวัคซีน และน้อยที่สุดคือเฟซบุ๊ก ตามลำดับ 3) ประเด็นเนื้อหาที่พบมากที่สุด ทั้งในปี พ.ศ. 2563 และ พ.ศ. 2564 คือ ความคืบหน้าและการทดลองวัคซีนของแต่ละองค์กร และ 4) ในปี พ.ศ. 2563 มีวัคซีนที่มีการนำเสนอมากที่สุด คือ วัคซีน Baiya และวัคซีน Covigen ตามลำดับ ในขณะที่ ปี พ.ศ. 2564 มีการรายงานความคืบหน้าของวัคซีน ChulaCov19 และ วัคซีน Baiya ตามลำดับ
การประยุกต์ใช้จากการศึกษานี้: การจัดเก็บเว็บถาวรเป็นสิ่งสำคัญเพื่อดูแลรักษาเนื้อหาเว็บไว้ใช้ระยะยาว เพื่อเป็นเอกสารหลักฐานเชิงประวัติ สำหรับการศึกษาค้นคว้าต่อไป เป็นกรณีศึกษาเพื่อการพิจารณาพัฒนาคลังเก็บเว็บถาวรที่มีขอบเขตเนื้อหาอื่น ๆ
