วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อพัฒนาแบบทดสอบการรู้สารสนเทศสุขภาพสำหรับผู้สูงอายุชมรมผู้สูงอายุศูนย์บริการสาธารณสุขในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร
วิธีการศึกษา: ใชวิธีการแบบวิจัยและพัฒนาโดยใช้หลักการในการสร้างแบบทดสอบ โดยดำเนินการเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ 1) การพัฒนาแบบทดสอบการรู้สารสนเทศสุขภาพสำหรับผู้สูงอายุสมาชิกชมรมผู้สูงอายุศูนย์บริการสาธารณสุขในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และ 2) การตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบทดสอบ โดยการใช้วิธีการหาความตรงตามเนื้อหา ความยากง่าย อำนาจจำแนก และความเที่ยง
ข้อค้นพบ: 1) ได้แบบทดสอบการรู้สารสนเทศสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุมีลักษณะแบบเลือกตอบ จำนวน 30 ข้อ ประกอบด้วยการประเมิน 3 ด้านหลัก ได้แก่ (1) ด้านการเข้าถึงสารสนเทศสุขภาพ (2) ด้านการประเมินสารสนเทศสุขภาพ และ (3) ด้านการใช้สารสนเทศสุขภาพ 2) ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบทดสอบโดยวิธีการหาค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหา ความยากง่าย อำนาจจำแนก และความเที่ยง พบว่าเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่ยอมรับได้ แสดงว่าแบบทดสอบมีคุณภาพสามารถนำไปใช้ได้
การประยุกต์ใช้จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้: ศูนย์บริการสาธารณสุขเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและจังหวัดตลอดจนหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องนำไปใช้ประเมินการรู้สารสนเทศสุขภาพกับกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุได้ และเป็นแนวทางให้กับผู้ที่สนใจนำไปใช้พัฒนาแบบทดสอบการรู้สารสนเทศสุขภาพให้กับผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มอื่นหรือกลุ่มเป้าหมายอื่นต่อไป
