The Decision to Elect the President of Nakhon Sawan Provincial Administrative Organization by Voters in Nakhon Sawan Province

Abstract
The research objectives were 1) to study the decision-making levels in the election of the Chief Executive of the Provincial Administrative Organization, 2) to compare the decision-making levels in the election of the Chief Executive of the Provincial Administrative Organization, classified by individual factors, and 3) to investigate the ways to develop a body of knowledge about the election of local council members or local administrators for voters in Nakhon Sawan Province. The data were collected by using a set of questionnaires from a sample of 1,406 people, and conducted a group discussion with 15 informants was also conducted. The obtained data were analyzed by utilizing frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test, and content analysis. The results revealed that:
- The levels of decision-making in the election of the Chief Executive Nakhon Sawan Provincial Administrative Organization of the people who are eligible to vote were overall at a high level.
- The levels of decision-making in the election of the Chief Executive Nakhon Sawan Provincial Administrative Organization of the voters, whose genders, age, status, education levels, occupation and incomes are different, was significantly different at the statistical level of .05 level.
3. The guidelines for developing a body of knowledge about the election of local council members or local administrators for voters in Nakhon Sawan Province were found that the appropriate methods for people and government agencies were as follows: 1) Training workshops should be held to educate community leaders, sub-district headmen and village headmen, and their knowledge should be transferred to all involved. 2) And temples should be used as the centers of knowledge with the following steps and approaches: (1) organizing campaign activities, (2) creating social media and disseminating them as video clips, and (3) creating brochures or announcement boards.
