Abstract

This research aims to study the factors affecting the development of community enterprises. 2) To develop the model of business promotion. 3) To develop the model of strengthening the organization. 4) To propose policies for the development of community enterprises. 21st Century in organic rice. 6 aspects are the management of community enterprises. Strategic planning in promoting. development model management of agricultural culture. Community cultural management and the promotion of community enterprises the sample group was divided into 2 groups: 297 questionnaires and 15 in-depth interview techniques. Tools used to collect data. This is a questionnaire and in-depth interview. The questionnaire consisted of 3 types. Item checklist 5-level scale and open end the data were analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. The samples were analyzed by t-test and one-way analysis of variance (F-test).


The results show that the 21st century model of community enterprise development in organic rice. The overall was high on all sides. From the most valuable to the least. The strategic planning to promote. Development model community enterprise management of agricultural culture. Community cultural management and the promotion of community enterprises respectively. Comparison of opinion toward the model of community development in 21st century in organic rice by the characteristics of the population: gender, age, occupation, qualification and income were not different. The suggestions from the interviews with those involved in the development of the model for strengthening the community of organic rice products showed that government officials and agencies supported the community enterprise group in organic rice cultivation in Prakhonchai district. Buriram. The market has been expanded to supply enough for the production and distribution. The design of the products is of interest to the international market as well as the process of maintaining the quality of the products to meet the needs of the thai and foreigners
