Possibility to Apply Alternative Dispute Resolution in the Constitutional Court

Abstract
Promulgation of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand reflects the development of the
Constitutional Court especially a person whose rights or liberties guaranteed by the Constitution
are violated, has the right to submit a petition to the Constitutional Court for a decision on whether
such act is contrary to or inconsistent with the Constitution. The Alternative Dispute Resolution
(ADR) may be applied in case of problems arise in the future since ADR is a mechanism to
support parties to end conflicts and maintain relationship, economize, and save time.
