Abstract
The research aimed at studying whether the enthronment inaugurating. Proclamation of
His Majesty King Bhumibol is utilitarianism. The result was that it seemed to be, but the
researcher opined the opposite that it is not the materialistic utilitarianism, but the one derived
from the development of the quality of life according to the theory of sufficiency: it is the middle
way between the material and the spiritual which is the end of the good governance from the
enthronment inaugurating proclamation.
