บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ความต้องการและความคาดหวังของผู้ใช้บริการต่อห้องสมุดประชาชนในจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ และ 2) ศึกษากลยุทธ์การพัฒนาห้องสมุดประชาชนในจังหวัดศรีสะเกษสู่ประเทศไทย 4.0 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาห้องสมุดประชาชนในจังหวัดศรีสะเกษสู่ประเทศไทย 4.0 คือ ต้องปรับปรุงอาคารสถานที่ให้มีความทันสมัย ติดตั้งเครื่องปรับอากาศเพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับการเรียนรู้ ควรให้บริการได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ตลอด 7 วัน ควรมีนวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ มาให้บริการ มีการจัดกิจกรรมใหม่ๆ ที่หลากหลายและเข้าถึงคนทุกเพศทุกวัย ควรเพิ่มความหลากหลายและความทันสมัยของทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ และควรเน้นทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
