บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบ และ 2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบการเผยแพร่ความรู้ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตแก่ผู้สูงอายุโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ พื้นที่ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ตำบลเสม็ด อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ขั้นตอนการทำวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 พัฒนาระบบโดยใช้วัฏจักรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ เก็บข้อมูลความต้องการจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 5 คน ที่ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ pHp, MySQL และ Edit Plus ระยะที่ 2 ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม โดยมีค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามเป็น 0.82 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้สูงอายุและประชาชนในตำบลเสม็ด ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย จำนวน 20 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีรูปแบบและเนื้อหาตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้ โดยมีผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพด้านความต้องการการทำงานของระบบในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 4.15 ระดับมาก และด้านการใช้งานระบบ ผู้ใช้มีความคิดเห็นในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 4.35 ระดับมาก
