บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำแบบร่วมมือรวมพลังของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของภาครัฐ สังกัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการและกีฬา สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของภาครัฐ สังกัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการและกีฬา สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว และเพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำแบบร่วมมือรวมพลังที่ส่งต่อการดำเนินงานของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของภาครัฐ สังกัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการและกีฬา สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว ประชากรคือผู้บริหาร ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 8,060 คน สุ่มเป็นตัวอย่างจำนวน 427 ตัวอย่าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพภาวะผู้นำแบบร่วมมือรวมพลังของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการดำเนินงานของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาวโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ตัวแปรภาวะผู้นำแบบร่วมมือรวมพลัง 5 ตัวแปรสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ผลการดำเนินงานของสถานศึกษาได้ร้อยละ 74.1 โดยตัวแปรด้านการปกครองกลุ่มคนที่มีความหลากหลายด้วยหลักธรรมาภิบาล สามารถพยากรณ์ผลการดำเนินงานของสถานศึกษาได้สูงสุด รองลงมาเป็นการมีวิสัยทัศน์ การสร้างความสัมพันธ์ การมีส่วนร่วม การเห็นคุณค่าของผู้มีส่วนได้เสียที่มีความหลายหลาก และความฉลาดไหวพริบในการตัดสินใจแก้ปัญหาตามลำดับ
