Abstract

     Nowadays the world has a rapid modernization because we use technology to connect for information with many regions throughout the world. The trend for social adaptation occurs in the 21st century. This changes and effect the way of living of the people. For this reason, learners need to be well prepared in every skill in order to leave school and lead their life in the 21st century. The most important thing is learning skill and this skill can effect the change in learning management in the 21st century. The learners must gain knowledge, ability, and skills to face their life in the future, both in positive way. They need to be successful and be happy as well.

     Educational management focuses on creating the resource people who have knowledge, skills and ability that are necessary for leading life in the 21st century. The educational management needs to cover life skill, occupational skill, moral skill, and foreign language skill, promoting innovation creation, using technology and information technology. Thai citizens in this era need to have skill for internationalization. They need to have knowledge and skill to lead their life for the global connection. English language has an important role for communication. It is popular for communication in the global society, and it is the tool for the global connection.

     The way of thinking in language teaching English as a second language or foreign language in the present time gives the importance in communication ability. The teaching management focuses on the learners to have ability in communication in the real world. The language learners are developed to have the core knowledge and ability to communicate properly through the learning activities. The learning activity that focuses on learners. They are supported to create knowledge, analytical thinking, creative thinking, problem solving, collaboration and teamwork.  The language teaching that focuses on task-based instruction. Those are the teaching methods that promote the learners to communicate and meaningfully. They have thinking skills, analytical skills, creative thinking, problem solving, and teamwork. They are able to perform the activity to accomplish their work. This can help the learners to have knowledge and skill to use in the real world. The teachers change their roles to be facilitator for the learners can create their own knowledge from learning the language so they can communicate properly by using communicative activities. Teaching language focuses on tasks, and it is the learning management that suits the necessity in the society. Thai people need to be developed the language skills for the effective English communication.
