The digital world is a world of technological change, business model change, job role change and globalization impact, which is characterized by a leap, impacts on the survival of the organization, making it necessary to adjust to keep pace with the world at all times in order to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of organizations in the short and long term. In order to change the organization to follow that direction, it is not just the investment in software and modern software. But it must be deepened to the root or the heart of the organization's operations, that is, the organizational culture. The organizational culture needed to be transformed towards a sustainable innovative culture-oriented organization based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy. The approach for transforming an organization in digital age towards a sustainable innovative culture-oriented organization based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy, is called "Home of a sustainable innovative culture-oriented organization based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy”. Six important issues could be considered: (1) the context of organizational management in the digital age, consisting of challenges of digital Organizational Management in the digital age and digital organization; (2) internal and external networks; (3) inputs include organizational composition; (4) Organizational Transformation processes; (5) output include an innovative culture-oriented organization and (6) sufficiency economy philosophy.
