Abstract

Objective 1) To study the current state and needs of 21st-century skills management, focusing on productive learning for students in the school. 2) Develop a 21st  century skills management model that focuses on productive learning. 3) Develop teachers to manage learning skills of the century. 21 and evaluation of the development. 4) Study the effectiveness of the model by studying the production-based learning. Research and Development (Research & Development)


Research result 



  1. The current state of the teachers is the 21st century skills management that focuses on productive learning. The overall picture was moderate. And teachers need to learn 21st century. The overall picture is at the highest level.

  2. The 21st Century Skills Management Model has 4 steps. 1) Prepare realistic context. 2) Set goals. 3) Plan and execute. 4) Track and evaluate. Productivity-Based Learning 5 element 1) Inspire 2) Choose 3) Action 4) Reflect on learning 5) Experiential – Based Learning : ICARE Model.

  3. The results of teacher development on 21st century skills management revealed that: (1) Teachers had average scores After the training, 35.09% were 77.98%, which is higher than 70% (2). 21 were very good quality, 73.33% were good quality and 8 were good quality, 26.67% reflected learning.

  4. The results of the study on the effectiveness of the model found that the students in the school included The percentage of students who completed the study was 75.49% which was higher than the criterion of 70%. most
