การบริหารจัดการด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาบนพื้นฐานหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง

บทคัดย่อ

          ในปัจจุบัน องค์การทุกองค์การจำเป็นต้องให้ความสำคัญต่อการแสดงออกถึงความรับผิดชอบ ต่อสังคมเพื่อความยั่งยืนขององค์การ ซึ่งหมายรวมสถาบันอุดมศึกษาด้วย โดยมหาวิทยาลัยจะต้องเข้ามามีบทบาทในการแสดงความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมด้วยการตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของผู้คนในสังคม โดยทำหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์รวมความคิดให้แก่สังคม รวมทั้งมีการดำเนินกิจกรรมภายในและภายนอกองค์การ ซึ่งคำนึงถึงผลประโยชน์ต่อสังคมทั้งในระดับใกล้และไกลที่จะเกิดขึ้น อันเกิดจากการใช้ทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่ในองค์การหรือทรัพยากรจากภายนอกองค์การในอันที่จะทำให้อยู่ร่วมกันในสังคมอย่างเป็นปกติสุข ขณะเดียวกันการบริหารจัดการด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาก็จะต้องคำนึงถึงหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงอันเป็นทางสายกลาง ซึ่งนอกจากจะมีพื้นฐานของความไม่เบียดเบียน และการไม่เอารัดเอาเปรียบสังคมจนเกินระดับความสมดุลและยั่งยืนแล้ว ยังเป็นการส่งเสริมให้เกิดการใช้ทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่ในองค์การหรือทรัพยากรจากภายนอกองค์การอย่างมีคุณค่าและมีคุณภาพ อันจะก่อให้เกิดผลดีต่อการพัฒนาสังคม เศรษฐกิจ และสิ่งแวดล้อมให้เกิดความมั่นคง สมดุล และยั่งยืนต่อไป

          Nowadays, all organizations need to be awareness on the expression of corporate social responsibility for the organizational sustainability that also includes higher education institutions. The university must plays a role in social responsibility by responding to the needs of the people in society and by acting as a think tank for the society as well as conducting internal and external activities. Taking into account the social benefits at close and far levels to arise from the use of existing resources in the organization or resources outside the organization in order to coexist in a normal society. At the same time, the social responsibility management of higher education institutions must take into account the philosophy of sufficiency economy. In addition to the basis of non-persecution and not to exploit society beyond balance and sustainability. It also promotes the use of valuable resources in the organization or resources outside the organization in a valuable and quality manner that will contribute to the development of society, economy and environment in order to ensure stability, balance and sustainability.
