การประยุกต์ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงกับการพัฒนาชุมชนในศตวรรษที่ 21

บทคัดย่อ

          แนวทางการประยุกต์ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชนให้มีความเข้มแข็งและยั่งยืนภายใต้การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมในศตวรรษที่ 21 ซึ่งเป็นศตวรรษที่แวดล้อมไปด้วยความท้าทายในหลายมิติ เช่น การแข่งขันทางเศรษฐกิจ การไหลบ่าของกระแสวัฒนธรรม การนำเทคโนโลยีมาปรับใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิตและการประกอบธุรกิจ ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงจึงเป็นหลักสำคัญเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ถูกวางกรอบไว้บนทางสายกลาง อันประกอบด้วย ความพอประมาณ ความมีเหตุผล การสร้างภูมิคุ้มกัน รวมถึงการนำเอาองค์ความรู้และความเป็นธรรมมาประกอบการวางแผน การตัดสินใจและเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนให้มีศักยภาพเพิ่มขึ้น ดังนั้น บริบทของชุมชนในศตวรรษที่ 21 นี้ จึงเป็นบริบทชุมชนที่เต็มไปด้วยการแข่งขันและความท้าทาย ชุมชนยังเป็นศูนย์รวมของความหลากหลายทางศาสนา ภาษา และวัฒนธรรม ซึ่งหากชุมชนไม่สามารถปรับตัวและมีหลักยึดเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ดีย่อมไม่สามารถเสริมสร้างให้ชุมชนดำรงอยู่ได้ การก้าวทันพร้อมกับการปรับตัวของชุมชนแนวทางเลือกที่มีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุดในศตวรรษนี้คือ “หลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง” บทความนี้จึงต้องการนำเสนอ 4 ประเด็น ได้แก่ ความท้าทายของชุมชนในศตวรรษที่ 21 หลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง หลักการพัฒนาชุมชน และแนวทางการประยุกต์หลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงกับการพัฒนาชุมชนในศตวรรษที่ 21

          The guidelines for an application of sufficiency economy philosophy for a strongly and sustainably community development under social changes in the 21st century is surrounded by many challenges such as economic competition, cultural flows, adaption of technology to life and business. Sufficiency Economy philosophy is the principles of the development as framed on the middle way which consists of moderation, reasonableness, self-immunity, knowledge, and ethics. The principles are used to plan for decision making and community development to be increasingly potential. Thus, this 21st century community context is filled with competition and challenges for the community in where is also a center of diversity in religions, languages and culture. If the community does not adapt and has a good foundation for development, it can not sustain the community. The readiness for adjustment of the community is the most appropriate alternative of this century that is “Sufficiency Economy Philosophy”. This article is to present four issues: the challenge of Community in 21st century, the principles of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, the principles of community development and guidelines for an application of sufficiency economy philosophy for community development in the 21st century.
