บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 โดยจำแนกตามตำแหน่ง และขนาดของโรงเรียน และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่
การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5

          กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 1,029 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t และการทดสอบค่า F

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 โดยจำแนกตามตำแหน่ง และขนาดของโรงเรียน มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน
3. ข้อเสนอแนะในการบริหารงานวิชาการด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ คือ ควรมีการจัดวิทยากรที่มีความรู้ความสามารถในท้องถิ่นตามที่นักเรียนต้องการ เช่น ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ อินเทอร์เน็ต ครูผู้สอนควรออกแบบการการเรียนการสอนให้สอดคล้องกับหลักสูตร ครูควรมีการผลิตสื่อ ออกแบบการเรียนการสอนให้ผู้เรียนรู้จักคิดวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหา ควรมีการนำผลการมาประเมินมาวิเคราะห์หาจุดบกพร่องและพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนให้สอดคล้องกับปัญหาที่พบ ควรมีการประชุมชี้แจงเกี่ยวกับระบบนิเทศภายในให้ครูทุกคนเข้าใจ ควรมีการนิเทศติดตามอย่างต่อเนื่องโดยหน่วยงานต้นสังกัด อย่างสมํ่าเสมอ

          The research was aimed at (1) studying an academic administration of the learner-centered instruction of the schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Education Service Area 5, (2) to compare the opinions of the school administrators and teachers of the schools under study as classified by their ranks and school size, and (3) to examine the recommendations concerning the learner-centered instruction of the school in question.

          The samples in the study were administrators and teachers of the schools numbering 1,029. The research instrument was a five-rating scale. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.

          The research findings were as follows.

1. The academic administration of the learner-centered instruction of the schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Education Service Area 5 was overall at the highest level. As regards individual aspects, it was found that the supervision and follow-up was the highest, followed by the instructional activities, supportive factors, and instructional planning.
2. There was no difference found in the opinions of the school administrators and the teachers of the schools in the study when it was classified by the subjects’ ranks and school size.
3. The proposed recommendations for the academic administration in terms of the learner-centered instruction were as follows. The academic personnel who were knowledgeable in local wisdom should be invited to teach students; the teachers should design the teaching process in line with a curriculum; the teachers should produce media to teach learners how to analyze and solve the problems; the evaluation results should be applied to the teaching approach in accordance with the problems found; there should be a continual supervision.
