แบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้างของความรำคาญที่รับรู้จากการยินยอมคุกกี้ต่อความเชื่อมั่นในแบรนด์และความตั้งใจซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์

งานวิจัยนี้ได้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษาความรำคาญที่รับรู้จากการยินยอมคุกกี้ที่มีต่อความเชื่อมั่นในแบรนด์และความตั้งใจซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณที่พัฒนาแบบสอบถามจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรม รวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 287 คน ที่ซื้อสินค้าหรือบริการผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ที่แสดงการยินยอมของคุกกี้ โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (χ²/df = 2.514, CFI = 0.90, TLI = 0.90, IFI = 0.973, RMSEA = 0.073) และวิเคราะห์โดยใช้แบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง (SEM) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความรำคาญที่รับรู้ไม่ได้มีอิทธิพลทางตรงหรือทางอ้อมต่อความเชื่อมั่นในแบรนด์และความตั้งใจซื้อ อย่างไรก็ตาม ความเชื่อมั่นในแบรนด์มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อความตั้งใจซื้อ (β = 0.718, p < .001) ซึ่งบ่งชี้ว่าความเชื่อมั่นในแบรนด์ยังคงเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่สุดที่ขับเคลื่อนพฤติกรรมการซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ ดังนั้นการสร้างและคงไว้ซึ่งความเชื่อมั่นในแบรนด์จึงให้ผลลัพธ์ที่ชัดเจนกว่าการการมุ่งเน้นเพียงการลดความรำคาญของผู้บริโภค ทั้งนี้ผู้ประกอบการหรือนักการตลาดสามารถนำผลการวิจัยไปปรับใช้เพื่อพัฒนาและสนับสนุนการสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในแบรนด์เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการกระตุ้นการซื้อซ้ำในหมู่ผู้บริโภคออนไลน์ในระยะยาว
