The Competency Development of Employee Industry in Map Ta Put Industrial Estate Rayong Province
This research was a survey research determined the sample size of 222 employees in Map Ta Put Industrial Estate, Rayong Province. The list of tools used for research is the statistical query used, including the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t – test, ANOVA, and differential analysis with Scheffe Analysis using the finishing program. Statistical analysis using is statistically significant level of .05.
The results of the findings showed that most to employees in Map Ta Put Industrial Estate, Rayong are males aged 26 -35 years of age, Duration of work 6 – 10 years average earnings per month 15,001 – 30,000 bath and is an operational level. The analysis of the differences between the opinions of individuals and the factors affecting the development of core competencies revealed that gender status did not different from age to education level. Working time and job level were found to be different in knowledge. Skills and attitudes income per month was found to be different in knowledge and skills.
