Abstract

This article to present a case study of the situations in human resource management of educational institution. This case can be used as a case study for simulating human resource management situations in educational institutions Which details the contents of the case study comprising basic information of educational institutions that are useful for analyzing case studies as well as the problem situations that affect human resource management in educational institutions Both in managing diversity in foreign teachers Planning for future capacity replacement for positions that are important to the strategy of educational institution. At the end, the author supposed that, as a educational administrator who has a duty on policy making and strategic human resource management, how to pass through these situations.
