Human resources are a key factor that drive the organization to succeed. To make a profit according to the guidelines. Although in the present, organization use technology in its process. It still requires employees to control that technology. It also has to rely on human resource’s skills, knowledge and workmanship which are the key to drive the activity or performance in a variety of areas. Therefore, workforce retention is important. In every industry, a large number of personnel are required. The number and efficiency of personnel directly affect the quality of goods and services. Therefore, the organization must dedicate to develop personnel in all aspects. This research aims to study the workforce retention of metal industrial in Rayong, and to study the factors that affect the workforce retention of metal industrial in Rayong. The sample was is 100 employees in the metal industrial in Rayong. The tool used to collect data is a questionnaire. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, Anova, and Scheffe analysis. Data were analyzed by using SPSS program. This research determines the statistical significance of .05.
