DEVELOPING A STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE KONDEE SRI SUPHAN PROJECT SUPHANBURI PROVINCE

Abstract
This article aimed to study: 1) Study the strategy for the implementation of KonDee Sri Suphan Project, Suphanburi province; 2) Analyze the strategic plan for the implementation of the KonDee Sri Suphan Project, Suphanburi province and 3) Present a manual on the strategic plan of the KonDee Sri Suphan Project Suphanburi Province. was conducted with the use of mix-research method. The target group consisted of 1) a group of people's representatives, and all involved totaling 1,000 people chosen by Purposive Sampling and 2) a group of qualified people, totaling 22 people. The research instrument was a Strategic Development Guidelines Questionnaire for Target Group and Experts. The statistics use were percentage statistics, mean, standard deviation, median, baseline, interquartile range, and content analysis.
The results of the study found that 1) The results of the study of strategies for implementing the goals of the Project Overall was at a high level ( =4.16, S.D.=0.78); 2) The results of the evaluation of the development strategies for the implementation of the goals of the KonDee Sri Suphan Project according to the five strategies found that the expert group had the same opinion on all points. The questions were agreed with the highest level and the high level respectively and Strategic Plan for the implementation of the KonDee Sri Suphan Project Suphanburi Province can be summarized as follows: Strategy 1 has 6 indicators, Strategy 2 has 8 indicators, Strategy 3 has 3 indicators, Strategy 4 has 7 indicators, and Strategy 5 has 7 indicators, a total of 31 indicators and 3) Guidebook to the Strategic Plan for the implementation of the KonDee Sri Suphan Project is suitable for application.
