Abstract

                   Integration is a process to create a holistic relationship that the parts are combined into one and harmonize the relationship to unity.In administration term, the word “Integration” is used to harmonize the coordination of operations in the same direction, resulting in multiplied power by creating cooperation, coordination and coherence.Buddhist integration refers to to the holisticallyapplication of knowledge which two methods for studying the integration of Buddhism are namely: 1) Buddhology- an adaptation of the science to Buddhism by using Buddhism as a starting point and introducing modern science to enhance Buddhism and 2) Dhammology-the adjustment of Buddhism towards science by using modern science as a starting point and adding morality in Buddhism. Buddhism integration is based on modern science that is integrated with Buddhist principles to explain social phenomena and put it into practice for the benefit of a humans’ normal life and achieving corporate goals for the development of an organization emphasizing multidisciplinary knowledge, providing organizational management services for further enhancing values to society, the nation and humanity.
