Human resource management is considered as something that creates value for the organization. Selection of human development Throughout the care and treatment Are all issues that need to be understood systematically, but it is important to consider people as the center That is to respect the human being of each person When comparing current human resource management, various conditions were created first. And then bring people into the system which makes the said system apart from being inconsistent with human reality and character and sometimes the flexibility of various conditions seems to be a tool for management rather than a practice for personnel to succeed in their work.
Human resource management in accordance with Buddhist principles has many important differences from general administration. Importantly, Buddhism has never had a condition in separating people by birth. Or possessions that were born from birth And never judge a person with external characteristics But Buddhism classifies people as according to their practice. And his attitude towards the public and more importantly Buddhism focuses on mental development and management. In order to interact with other people sympathetically and to see everything as a whole, each of which is completely related. Because the result of one person's actions may affect the other person in any way
Human resource development according to Buddhism principles must develop oneself to be good people first. And society will be good too Buddhism therefore attaches great importance to the various human resource management procedures. Because the intention of setting up a monk organization is for the organization to develop the minds of people in society to be free from suffering at the same time, the people in the Sangha organization must be developed into personnel who are ready to work and ready to be the aforementioned spiritual leaders.
