Abstract
The research had 2 objectives. Study result-based management affecting effectiveness of subdistrict administrative organizations in Damnoen Saduak District, Ratchaburi Province. Study the guidelines for result-based management that affect the effectiveness of Its. This research was a mixed methods study. The researcher collected quantitative data using a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.935. The data was then collected with The Population consisted of subdistrict administrative organization personnel in Damnoen Saduak District, Ratchaburi Province, 324 people. The researchers analyzed the data using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple linear regression. Qualitative data were collected through in-depth interviews with chief executives and chief administrators, totaling 16 participants, and were analyzed using content analysis.
The research found. 1. Two factors in results-based management Affecting Effectiveness of Subdistrict Administrative Organizations in Damnoen Saduak, Ratchaburi consists of namely performance measurement and monitoring factors and reward factors, influenced the effectiveness of management in sub-district administrative organizations in Damnoen Saduak District, Ratchaburi Province. The model yielded a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.838, with a combined predictive efficiency of 70.30 percent. The researchers expressed the regression equation as follows 2. The guidelines for result-based management that affected the effectiveness of subdistrict administrative organizations named the “SPMR Guideline”, consisting of Strategic Planning & Participation, (S: Strategic Planning & Participation), Performance Indicators & Measurement (P: Performance Indicators & Measurement), Monitoring, Transparency & Audit (M: Monitoring, Transparency & Audit) and Reward & Motivation (R: Reward & Motivation).
