The sample consisted of 14 Grade 4 students from Bankhamphonsung School, Nong Phok District, Roi Et Province, under the Office of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area 3, in the second semester of the academic year 2025. The sample was selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. The results revealed that: 1) the efficiency of the vocabulary game-based learning activities met the 75/75 criterion; 2) students’ post-learning achievement was significantly higher than their pre-learning achievement at the .05 level; 3) students demonstrated good retention of English vocabulary; and 4) students’ overall satisfaction with the learning activities was at a high level. In conclusion, the use of English vocabulary games is an effective approach to promote active learning, enhance vocabulary memorization and spelling skills, and foster motivation and positive attitudes toward English learning among primary school students.
