Abstract


This research aimed to study consumers’ online purchasing decisions through the application of artificial intelligence marketing in the Bangkok metropolitan area. The objectives were to examine the level of online purchasing decisions, compare purchasing decisions based on demographic characteristics, and analyze the relationship between artificial intelligence marketing and online purchasing decisions.


The sample consisted of 405 consumers in Bangkok who had experience purchasing products online. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test and One-way ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis


The results indicated that the overall level of online purchasing decisions was high. Artificial intelligence marketing tools such as personalized product presentation, recommendation systems, chatbot communication, and consumer data analytics significantly influenced consumers’ online purchasing decisions.
