Abstract

The objective of this study was to examine the influence of leadership self-efficacy (LSE) on ethical and moral leadership (EML) and operational efficiency leadership (OEL) among students in the Educational Administration Program at Bangkok Thonburi University. The sample consisted of 431 students selected through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results revealed that: (1) leadership self-efficacy had a direct effect on ethical and moral leadership and on efficiency operational leadership; and (2) leadership self-efficacy also exerted an indirect effect on operational efficiency leadership through ethical and moral leadership.
