Development of Online Information System for Ban Na Nam Phu Child Development Center

Abstract
This research has the following objectives: 1) To develop an online information system for managing the Ban Na Namphu Child Development Center, and 2) To evaluate the efficiency of the online information system for managing the Ban Na Namphu Child Development Center. The researcher conducted trials of the developed system with users and collected efficiency evaluation forms from a sample group—system users totaling 13 people. The statistics used are the mean and standard deviation. The developed information system consists of student enrollment management, student registration information management, basic information management, news announcement page management, notification management for parents, student health information management, and annual budget information management. The tool used is a 5-level rating scale questionnaire, covering four areas: user requirements, system functionality, ease of use, and data security. The research results show that: In the area of user requirements, the mean is at the highest level (x̄ = 4.53, S.D.=0.50); in the area of system functionality, the mean is at the highest level (x̄ = 4.51, S.D.=0.52); in the ease of use area, the mean is at the highest level (x̄ = 4.52, S.D.=0.53); in the area of data security, the mean is at the highest level (x̄ = 4.57, S.D.=0.51), and overall, the system’s efficiency is at the highest level (x̄ =4.53, S.D.=0.51).
