Key Skills for Future Learners: Creative Problem Solving

Abstract
Creative problem-solving skills are a key skill for learners in the future since in 2020 - 2021, apart from the years of disruption a wide range of technologies and the massive epidemic crisis during the century, learners must accelerate their development to cope with problems and solve problems that will occur in the future. The problem is more difficult and complex, so the modern world demands people with good thinking and decision skills and can invent new ways. Creative problem-solving skills develop the learner's ability to think, make decisions and select a variety of solutions using. Because creative problem-solving is the use of problem-solving skills combined with creative ideas that concentrate on finding solutions that vary from conventional models. Then use intuition to determine the best and most appropriate options for the situation through discovery, analysis, creativity, and logical thinking to suit the cause or situation of the problem. Developing creative problem-solving skills by setting situations that are consistent with the learner. Learners can learn through searching, analyzing data, using creativity, and thinking logically to suit the cause or situation of the problem. Problem-based learning, brainstorming learning, or experiential learning can be used as tools for student development.
