Factors Affecting the Potential of Cultural Tourist Attractions, Bangkhunsai Subdistrict, Ban Laem District, Phetchaburi Province

Abstract
This research aiming to: 1) study the development factors of cultural tourist attractions in Bangkhunsai Subdistrict, Ban Laem District, Phetchaburi Province, 2) study the potential of cultural attractions in Bangkhunsai Subdistrict, Ban Laem District, Phetchaburi Province, and 3) study the factors affecting the potential of cultural tourist attractions, Bangkhunsai subdistrict, Ban Laem district, Phetchaburi province. The 379 research samples were people lived in Bangkhunsai Subdistrict, Ban Laem District, Phetchaburi Province. The tool for data collection was the 5-level rating scale questionnaire with confidence equal 0.981. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results were as follows: 1) the development factors of cultural tourist attractions in Bangkhunsai Subdistrict, Ban Laem District, Phetchaburi Province were overall and aspect at a high level. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the aspect by sorting mean from high to low was community management, community leader, participation, local wisdom and community culture, and support from government agencies and private organizations, respectively, 2) the potential of cultural attractions in Bangkhunsai Subdistrict, Ban Laem District, Phetchaburi Province were overall and aspect at a high level. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the aspect by sorting mean from high to low was activities, ancillary service, attraction, accessibility, available package, and amenities, respectively, and 3) the factors affecting the potential of cultural tourist attractions, Bangkhunsai subdistrict, Ban Laem district, Phetchaburi province including to: participation (X2), community leader (X1), and community management (X3). The predictive efficiency (R) was 44.90 percent.
