Abstract

The research aimed to study guidelines for procurement and investment budgets of procurement officers at Maejo University Chiang Mai. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 31 procurement officers at Maejo University. Data were analyzed using statistics: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation.


          The research found that procurement officers at Maejo University Chiang Mai, are mostly female, between 31-40 years old, have work experience between 10 - 19 years, and have a bachelor's degree, and most of them hold positions in operation procurement. The research results found that Procurement planning overall. It was at a high level. By giving importance to the parcel officials to follow. Public Sector Procurement Act 2017, Section 11, and according to the Ministry of Finance Regulations on Government Supplies Procurement 2017, Section 5, Sections 11,12,13. Specific characteristics Giving the highest level of importance was checking details of specifications following the Government Procurement Act 2017, Section 9, and according to the Ministry of Finance Regulations, Part 2, Section 21. The median price was important at a high level, including the median price in accordance with the Government Procurement Act 2017, section 4, and according to the regulations of the Ministry of Finance, part 2, section 22 (3). The procurement method's importance at a high level was the classification of expenditures according to the budget and equipment standard price to reduce the risk associated with purchasing and hiring as much as possible.
