A STUDY ON THE MOTIVATION AND SATISFACTION OF THAI TOURISTS ATTENDING CABARET SHOWS IN PATTAYA CITY, CHONBURI PROVINCE

Abstract
This research aimed to: 1) investigate the motivations of Thai tourists attending cabaret shows in Pattaya City, Chonburi Province, 2) study the satisfaction levels of Thai tourists attending these cabaret shows, 3) compare the differences between personal factors and the satisfaction levels of Thai tourists, and 4) examine the motivations affecting the satisfaction of Thai tourists visiting the cabaret shows in Pattaya City, Chonburi Province. This is a quantitative research using questionnaires to collect data from 370 Thai tourists.
The findings indicate that the push and pull motivations, as well as the overall satisfaction of Thai tourists visiting the cabaret shows in Pattaya, are generally high. Certain personal factors, such as age, education, and occupation, significantly influence the satisfaction levels of tourists. Additionally, four push factors and four pull factors were identified as significantly impacting the satisfaction of Thai tourists.
