the Development of a Meeting Management System for the Faculty of Education, Phetchaburi Rajabhat University

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop a meeting management system for the Faculty of Education, Phetchaburi Rajabhat University; and 2) to study the results of using the meeting management system in the Faculty of Education. The target group consisted of 48 participants, including academic staff, supporting staff, and experts of the Faculty of Education. The research instruments included interview forms, satisfaction questionnaires, and the meeting management system developed by the researcher. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation.

The research findings indicated that the developed system effectively reduced the time required for meeting preparation, scheduling, and follow-up of meeting resolutions. Users were able to conveniently access meeting documents. In addition, the information was systematically stored, allowing users to easily retrieve previous meeting reports. Furthermore, the overall user satisfaction was at a very high level indicating that the system effectively supported the meeting management of the Faculty of Education.
