Abstract
The administration of a vocational college that aims to ensure success has many factors taken together. Whether it is a work assignment Developing one's own potential teamwork motivation to work Work responsibilities Administration in vocational colleges has important principles that will be used as guides in administration. The 4 Sangha Vatthu principles can be considered the guiding principles of many agencies that are used as guidelines for management. Because the 4 Sangha Vatthu consists of dāna, which is giving, piya speech, which is polite conversation, atthacariya, which is conduct that is beneficial to oneself and others, and lastly, samānatta, which is to conduct oneself appropriately and consistently. By administrating according to the principles of Sangha Vatthu 4, the vocational college can be led to success in education, whether it is quality personnel, resulting in learners having the ability to meet desired characteristics.
