LABOR FACTORS AND LABOR LAWS THAT AFFECT THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOGISTICS BUSINESS SYSTEMS IN BANGKOK

Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) to study the level of labor factors and labor laws. in the logistics business system in Bangkok and 2) to study labor factors and labor laws that affects the development of the logistics business system In Bangkok It is quantitative research. The sample group consists of Logistics business operators in Bangkok, totaling 400 people. Using a systematic sampling method (Systematic sampling) and calculating the proportion of data collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Consists of mean and standard deviation and Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of the study found that 1) level of labor factors in the logistics business system In Bangkok Overall, it was at a high level, including the education level of workers, labor force, and labor productivity protection. Skill development, and labor productivity. Skill development in order and labor law factors in the logistics business system In Bangkok Overall it was at a high level, including compensation at the highest level, followed by retirement. Child and female labor, wages, employment contracts Working hours/leave days/holidays and general aspects. 2) Labor factors and labor laws that affect the development of logistics business systems In Bangkok They are significantly different at the 0.05 level.
