Performance Effectiveness of the Village Headman and Sub-district Headmen of Dan Sai District, Loei Province

Abstract
The objectives of this article are 1) to study the level of effectiveness in performing the duties of village headmen. Village headman in Dan Sai District 2) to compare personal factors affecting the effectiveness of the village headman's duties. Village headmen in Dan Sai District and 3) to study problems, obstacles, and suggestions for the performance of duties of village headmen. Village headman in Dan Sai District Conducted according to quantitative research methods. The sample group is 397 people aged 18 years and over obtained from Yamane's formula. The tool is a questionnaire with a reliability value of 0.934. Statistics used to analyze the data are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Test the t-test and F-test. The research results found that 1) the level of effectiveness in performing the duties of the village headman Village headman in Dan Sai District Overall, it is at a high level. 2) People with gender, age, education, occupation, average monthly income. and duration of residence in the area and 3) problems, obstacles, and suggestions for the performance of duties of kamnans and village headmen. Village headmen in Dan Sai District found that (1) problems and obstacles were that kamnans and village headmen were unable to perform their duties fully. Lack of information technology knowledge Communication channels are not as convenient as they should be. and lack of legal knowledge Rules and regulations for performing duties and (2) recommendations: training should be organized to provide knowledge on performing duties, legal issues, and encourage the seeking of knowledge Learn more and allocate adequate resources to support operations
