Abstract

The objectives of this dissertation are to 1) study the conditions of the development of politics and local government, 2) study the factors affecting the development of politics and local government, and 3) present the application of Buddhist ethics for politicians for the development of politics and local government. The researcher has determined this research method to be a combined research method, including qualitative research. with 18 important informants or people and focus group discussions with 10 figures or people, using descriptive and descriptive data analysis methods. Quantitative research tool is a questionnaire. Data is collected from a sample of 245 people.
