FACTORS RELATING TO STRENGTHENING COOPERATION AND CORRUPTION CONTROL OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATIONS IN PHETCHABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

          The objectives of this research paper were: To study factors related to local administrative organizations in Phetchaburi Province. To analyze the strengthening of cooperation and to control corruption. To learn the strengthening of cooperation and control corruption. Corruption control is applied research. Emphasis on studying and analyzing data from documents. Key informants were executives, civil servants, and officials under the Phetchaburi Provincial Government Administration. Phetchaburi Provincial Administrative Organization Phetchaburi Municipality, including information from the thesis, research report, academic textbook journals, and books related to strengthening cooperation and controlling corruption organizing the research process by describing and integrating data obtained from local interviews using field studies. To know the concepts, principles, patterns, relationships, and procedures of knowledge building and corruption. Interviews with key contributors in all research and then using the data to synthesize the study results were as follows: 1) Factors related to the local government organization found that the provincial government organization had to create quality personnel.
