A DIGITAL LEADERSHIP MODEL BASED ON THE THREEFOLD WISDOM FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE OFFICE OF PATHUM THANI SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA

Abstract
This research article aims to propose a digital leadership model based on the Three Paññā (Threefold Wisdom) principles for school administrators under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office. This study employed a mixed-methods research design conducted in three phases; Phase 1: Studying the needs assessment from a sample of 327 participants. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Priority Needs Index (PNI). Phase 2: Developing the digital leadership model based on the Panya 3 principles for school administrators under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office through interviews with 16 key informants. Phase 3: Evaluating the quality of the digital leadership model based on the Three Paññā principles for school administrators under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office by 19 experts. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation.
The research findings revealed that the developed digital leadership model based on the Three Paññā principles for school administrators under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office consists of six main components: 1) Rationale and Principles, 2) Objectives, 3) Systems and Mechanisms, 4) Implementation Methods, 5) Evaluation Guidelines, and 6) Conditions for Success. The quality evaluation results of the digital leadership model based on the Three Paññā principles for school administrators under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office indicated that its suitability, utility, feasibility, and accuracy were at the highest level. The synthesized body of knowledge from this research is summarized as the "Oon S. Model".

ผู้เขียนบทความจะต้องปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์การเสนอบทความเพื่อตีพิมพ์ในวารสารบวรสหการศึกษาและมนุษยสังคมศาสตร์ รวมทั้งระบบการอ้างอิงต้องเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ของวารสารบวรสหการศึกษาและมนุษยสังคมศาสตร์ โดยรวมทั้งทัศนะและความคิดเห็นที่ปรากฏในบทความในวารสารบวรสหการศึกษาและมนุษยสังคมศาสตร์ ถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้เขียนบทความนั้น และไม่ถือเป็นทัศนะและความรับผิดชอบของกองบรรณาธิการวารสารบวรสหการศึกษาและมนุษยสังคมศาสตร์และวารสารบวรสหการศึกษาและมนุษยสังคมศาสตร์
