THE STATE OF SMALL SCHOOL MANAGEMENT AS HIGH-PERFORMANCE ORGANIZATIONS UNDER THE PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract
This research article aimed to investigate the state of small school administration as high-performance organizations under the Primary Educational Service Area Office. Employing a quantitative research approach, data were collected via questionnaires from a sample of 390 administrators and teachers in small-sized schools, with the sample size determined using Taro Yamane’s table. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Priority Needs Index (PNI).
The findings revealed that both the actual and desired states of small school management as high-performance organizations was overall at a high level, while the desired state was overall at the highest level. When ranking the priority of needs based on the Priority Needs Index, the results were ordered from highest to lowest as follows: 1) Knowledge Management, 2) Stakeholder Focus, 3) Personnel Development, 4) Process Management, 5) Strategy, 6) Performance Focus, and 7) Leadership.

ผู้เขียนบทความจะต้องปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์การเสนอบทความเพื่อตีพิมพ์ในวารสารบวรสหการศึกษาและมนุษยสังคมศาสตร์ รวมทั้งระบบการอ้างอิงต้องเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ของวารสารบวรสหการศึกษาและมนุษยสังคมศาสตร์ โดยรวมทั้งทัศนะและความคิดเห็นที่ปรากฏในบทความในวารสารบวรสหการศึกษาและมนุษยสังคมศาสตร์ ถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้เขียนบทความนั้น และไม่ถือเป็นทัศนะและความรับผิดชอบของกองบรรณาธิการวารสารบวรสหการศึกษาและมนุษยสังคมศาสตร์และวารสารบวรสหการศึกษาและมนุษยสังคมศาสตร์
