GUIDELINES FOR EDUCATIONAL NETWORK DEVELOPMENT BASED ON THE FOUR SANGAHAVATTHU PRINCIPLES OF THE 4TH NETWORK SCHOOL GROUP FOR PROMOTING EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCY UNDER PATHUMTHANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

This research article aimed: 1) to study the operation of educational networks, 2) to study the operation methods of educational networks based on the Four Saṅgahavatthu Principles, and 3) to propose guidelines for the development of educational networks based on the Four Saṅgahavatthu Principles of the 4th Network School Group for Promoting Educational Management Efficiency under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. This research was a mixed-methods research. The quantitative research used a questionnaire with a sample of 165 people. The data were analyzed using basic statistics, namely frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The qualitative research involved interviewing 10 key informants. The data were analyzed using content analysis.

The research results found that: 1) The overall operation of the educational network of the 4th Educational Efficiency Promotion Network School Group was at a high level. 2) The methods of operating the educational network according to the Four Saṅgahavatthu Principles were as follows: (1) Members consisted of diverse sectors, were committed, cooperative, honest, participated in setting the direction, and played an important role. (2) The objectives were clear, responsive to needs, consistent with the context, reasonable, had a time frame, understood the context, and focused on social needs. (3) Duties were performed with consciousness, ethics, transparency, responsibility, regular inspections, opportunities for participation, respect for diversity, and delegation according to potential. (4) Member participation provided various channels and equal opportunities, listening to opinions, promoting cooperation, participating in decision-making, building relationships, and communicating clearly and easily. (5) Relationship systems provided appropriate communication channels, open communication, supporting relationships, promoting cooperation, and having a conflict management mechanism that emphasized compromise. 3) The guidelines for developing the educational network Four Saṅgahavatthu Principles of the 4th Educational Efficiency Promotion Network School Group included: (1) Members honored participants, sharing resources, communicating kindly, creating an atmosphere of cooperation and sacrificing for the public, promoting equality, and monitoring and evaluating participation. (2) Objectives, setting SMART goals, communicating inspiring goals, integrating goals with operations, promoting cooperation, setting a clear time frame, following up and improve. (3) Performing duties with consciousness, providing equal opportunities, communicating openly, creating motivation, promoting roles according to ability, providing facilitation, and acting with impartiality. (4) Member participation, listening to opinions, supporting expression, promoting collaboration, decentralizing decision-making, organizing activities to build bonds. (5) Relationship system, promoting open and transparent communication, building good relationships, promoting collaboration, having a clear and fair conflict management process, and emphasizing negotiation.
