EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT FOR LEARNING MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Innovation is considered essential to the organizational development because it will create an advantage in the development of the organization to achieve the mission and objectives more easily. In particular, innovation in education is of great importance because education is the key to human development, social development, and development of the nation to be prosperous. Innovation may mean something new or things that may have happened but have not yet been accepted or published in order to be accepted by the general public or maybe it's already happened or used in a context until the effect is generally accepted. However, when applied in another context, it can also be considered as an innovation. Therefore, the aim of innovation development is to create something new or use something that might previously work in other contexts to use it in a new context to make the most of what is already there or improve the existing things to be better than before. The development of educational innovations is therefore important in order for the educational management process to be effective in accordance with the vision, mission and goals of the organization.
