COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT OF VOCATIONAL LEARNING DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS

Abstract

The community management of vocational learning during the COVID-19 crisis was to encourage those involved in education management to take part, namely administrators, teachers, parents of students to create a permanent learning process for students. The composition of the professional learning community consists of having a shared vision, team work together, shared leadership, learning and professional development, Kaly aṇamittata  community and community support structures with a concise curriculum, increase flexibility of the study time structure, designed a learning unit and teaching with a suitable plan, raised the level of assessment for development, assessment for responsibilities through a five-step process of building a professional learning community: 1^st step was identify the problem, 2^nd step was analyzing the cause of the problem, 3^rd step was brainstorming to present a solution, 4^th step was trying out the solution, 5^th step was summarizing the solution through collaboration between schools and parents through online communication to get through the COVID-19 crisis effectively.
