GUIDELINES FOR STUDENT AFFAIRS MANAGEMENT OF UNDERGRADUATE CAMPUS GUANGXI UNIVERSITIES

Abstract
The purpose of this research were to 1) Study of the current situation of undergraduate student affairs management in universities in Guangxi Province and 2) Study the management practices of undergraduate student affairs of universities in Guangxi Province. The population consisted of 254 administrators from 7 undergraduate universities in Guangxi Province. The research tools were questionnaires. Data analysis was done using percentages. Mean standard deviation and content analysis The research results found that Guidelines for managing undergraduate student affairs at Guangxi University in all 4 areas are at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest average was employment practices, followed by health education, and academic practices had the lowest average. The guidelines for student affairs management at undergraduate campuses of Guangxi University include 1) Mental health education, 10 measures, 2) Financial support management, 8 measures, 3) Academic guidance, 10 measures, and 4) Hiring guidelines. Task 8 measures, totaling 36 measures, with the appropriateness and feasibility of the employment guidelines being at the highest level, indicating a high level of appropriateness and feasibility of the guidelines, which the undergraduate student affairs management guidelines b Universities in Guangxi Province reflect activity management combined with student development theory to provide quality student services and meet individual needs. Pay attention to special groups of students and promote physical and mental health and comprehensive development of all students, consisting of student registration new student conditioning Registration and arrival residential life Grant management extracurricular activities employment guidance and effective academic guidance.
