GUIDELINES FOR IMPROVING THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF UNIVERSITY LIBRARIES IN GUANGXI

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to guidelines for improving the management system of university libraries in guangxi. The population of this research includes 217 administrators, who are executives involved in management from 8 university libraries in Guangxi. The research instrument is a questionnaire with a reliability value of .92. Statistics for analysis. Data includes percentages, averages, standard deviations. and content analysis The results of the research found that: 1) The current situation of the university library management system in Guangxi in 5 areas is at a high level (μ = 3.82, σ = 0.79) by considering the results of studies in various areas from the highest level to the lowest level as follows: Level The highest was organizational structure management (μ = 3.97, σ = 0.73), followed by financial management (μ = 3.87, σ = 0.81), followed by technology and information management (μ = 3.86, σ = 0.78). This is followed by strategic management (μ = 3.74, σ = 0.79) and human resource management at the lowest level (μ = 3.68, σ = 0.84). 2) Guidelines for improving the university library management system in Guangxi in 5 areas. 3) The suitability and feasibility of the guidelines for improving the university library management system in Guangxi in five areas are high. This means that the approach to improving the management system of university libraries in Guangxi is appropriate and feasible.
