บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ปัจจุบันของการจัดการกิจการในวิทยาเขตเกษตรกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยกวางสี เพื่อให้จัดทำแนวทางการจัดการกิจการของมหาวิทยาลัยในวิทยาเขตนี้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เนื่องจากมีการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้จัดการในวิทยาเขต จำนวนมากถึง 269 คน ซึ่งมาจาก 4 มหาวิทยาลัยต่าง ๆ โดยใช้เครื่องมือวิจัยหลายรูปแบบ เช่น แบบสำรวจ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมินผล เพื่อให้ข้อมูลมีความหลากหลาย ผลลัพธ์ของการวิเคราะห์ช่วยให้เห็นได้ว่า สถานการณ์การจัดกิจการในวิทยาเขตเกษตรกรรม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แต่ยังมีศักยภาพในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ผลลัพธ์นี้ทำให้เกิดแนวทางการจัดการที่สามารถส่งเสริมการพัฒนาของกิจการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การศึกษานี้มีความสำคัญในการสร้างความเข้าใจที่ลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับภาวะปัจจุบันและแนวโน้มในการพัฒนา ที่สามารถส่งผลกระทบต่อการพัฒนากิจการเกษตรศาสตร์ในอนาคต การศึกษานี้ยังมีความสำคัญในการสนับสนุน การพัฒนาวิทยาเขตเกษตรกรรมให้เป็นองค์กรที่มีประสิทธิภาพและเชื่อถือได้อย่างแท้จริง โดยการมุ่งเน้นการวิเคราะห์และการนำเสนอแนวทางการจัดการที่มีประสิทธิภาพและเชื่อถือได้ ที่จะช่วยส่งเสริมให้มหาวิทยาลัยกวางสีเป็นผู้นำในการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการเกษตรศาสตร์และการจัดการกิจการในวิทยาเขตนี้ในอนาคต ซึ่งเป็นขั้นตอนสำคัญในการสร้างแผนและยุทธศาสตร์ที่จะช่วยในการขับเคลื่อนกิจการเกษตรศาสตร์ในอนาคตอย่างยั่งยืนและมีประสิทธิภาพและส่งผลกระทบต่อการพัฒนากิจการเกษตรศาสตร์ในอนาคต เพื่อสร้างประสิทธิภาพและเสริมสร้างสถานการณ์ที่ดีขึ้นในวิทยาเขตเกษตรกรรมในระยะยาวและในการใช้ประโยชน์ในวิธีการที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการพัฒนาเชิงนวัตกรรมในอนาคต
