Abstract
The purpose of this research article is to study 1) the use of the four brahmavihara principles in the administration of the administrators of Khao Phra Subdistrict Municipality, Phipun District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province 2) guidelines for promoting the use of the four brahmavihaha principles in the administration of the administrators of the Khao Phra Subdistrict Municipality, Phipun District. Nakhon Si Thammarat Province It is mixed methods research. During quantitative research The sample group consisted of 381 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics used to analyze data These include the mean and standard deviation. and finding the Pearson correlation coefficient. The use of the 4 Brahmavihara principles in the management of the administrators of Khao Phra Subdistrict Municipality, Phipun District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, overall and in each aspect, is at a high level. and qualitative research There were 5 key informants. The tool used in the research was a structured questionnaire. The results were found: 1) The use of the 4 Brahmavihara principles in the management of Khao Phra Subdistrict Municipality administrators. When considering each aspect, the aspect with the highest average value is Mudita, followed by kindness, kindness, and upekkha, respectively. 2) Guidelines for promoting the use of the 4 Brahmavihara principles in the management of Khao Phra Subdistrict Municipality administrators. Executives must adhere to the 4 Brahmavihara principles as guidelines for management. To control and direct the mind by expressing love Wishing everyone happiness and compassion Think about helping others. Including all animals to be free from suffering, including the mental side. Ploy is happy with the people who are good and happy. Including symptoms that are expressed with honesty, fairness, impartiality, with love and hate for anyone.
