The Second Strategy is Community Collaboration Support. Creating opportunities for community members to participate in the decision-making process in community projects will enable community members to build social capital and foster a sense of belonging and pride in the community. The Third Strategy is Public Investment in Education and Workforce Development. Investing in education and workforce development can help community members develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed and contribute to the community. The Fourth Strategy is Public Support for Small Businesses. Small businesses are the main drivers of economic growth in many communities, are also critical to the overall conditions of the economy, and can help our communities flourish.
