THE PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION FOR THAI STATELESS CHILDREN IN SCHOOLS UNDER TRAT PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract
The purposes of the research were: 1) study the personnel administration of school administrators under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) study the quality of education for Thai Stateless children under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, 3) study the relationship between the personnel administration of school administrators and the quality of education for Thai Stateless children under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, and 4) study the personnel administration of school administrators affecting quality of education for Thai Stateless children under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, was a quantitative research. The instrument used in the research was a 5-rating scale questionnaire divided into 2 parts: Part 1 had 25 questions about the personnel administration of school administrators, and Part 2 had 29 questions about quality of education for Thai stateless children, was proportional hierarchical random sampling. The sample a group of 291 teachers in schools under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, average, standard deviation, Person correlation coefficient, and a simple regression analysis. The results of the research showed that: 1. all aspects of the personnel administration of school administrators were rated at the highest level ( = 4.55), 2. the overall aspects of about the quality of education for Thai Stateless children were at the high level ( = 4.47), 3. the relationship between the personnel administration of school administrators and the quality of education for Thai Stateless children showed a positive correlation with statistical significant at the .05 level, and 4. the personnel administration of school administrators affected quality of education for Thai Stateless children. The result showed that these equations can predict that 21 percent of quality of education for Thai Stateless children with statistical significant at the .05 level. The prediction equations in raw score form was = 2.22 + 0.50X and the prediction equations in standardized score was y = 0.46Zx.
