COMMUNITY HEALTH MANAGEMENT AT BANTHAPNALLIAO, KHAOKHAOW SUB-DISTRICT, THUNGSONG DISTRICT, NAKHONSITHAMMARAT PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research article were: 1) study the community context and situation of community health at Banthapnailiao, 2) study the level of community health at Banthapnailiao, and 3) find a community health management guidelines Banthapnailiao, Khaokhao sub-district, Thungsong district, Nakhonsithammarat province. This was integrated research design for mixed method: quantitative using questionnaires, specific sample, sample group includes: representatives of Banthapnailiao community of 350 peoples. By using for analyzed percentage, mean, standard deviation. And qualitative In-depth interviews by purposive sampling were key informants such as: 1) executives, 2) community leaders, and 3) volunteers of 12 peoples. By analyzing the content and summarizing. The research was found that: 1. community context is a rich area. There are rivers and canals around the village suitable for farming. and attractions In the community health situation, people in the community are encouraged to exercise. Establish an exercise club and educate. 2. Community health level Overall, it was at a moderate level ( = 3.23, S.D.= 0.84) consisting of physical ( = 3.06, S.D.= 0.71), mental ( = 3.34, S.D.= 0.83), social ( = 3.24, S.D.= 0.88), and intellectual ( = 3.29, S.D.= 0.9). And 3. The community health management guidelines such as: 3.1) Physical aspect, participation in community activities should be created, with the volunteers the leader in organizing health promotion activities, 3.2) Mental, should build relationships with people in the community, family and create a space for socializing, meeting and talking, 3.3) Social activities include group activities. and have a health service system; and 3.4) Intellectually, there is training to provide knowledge, skills and practices in taking care of self and family health.
